Refund policy

Please email us at 2e@secondearth.com.au within 7 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase so we can resolve any issues for you asap. We want you to be happy :)

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We are happy to accept exchanges and refunds on all our items within 30 days if the following conditions are met: 

  • You must notify us via email at 2e@secondearth.com.au of your intention to return the item within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unaltered and in its original packaging which must be intact.
  • The paper wrapper that comes around our yoga mats must be intact and unopened. This is a hygiene requirement.
  • The item must be returned with all accessories.

If we agree to accept the return, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When we receive the returned item we will inspect it to ensure the above conditions have been met. If approved, we'll process the refund or post you the replacement product.

Refunds will be automatically credited to your original method of payment and will be issued for the total purchase price less the original shipping and handling costs.

For exchanges related to change of mind circumstances you will be responsible for the postage costs to return the original item to our warehouse and the costs for us to post the replacement item to you. 

Products will be accepted for refund or exchange at our discretion. This policy does not apply to goods that are damaged, altered or broken after delivery or for change of mind or circumstances. This policy only applies to products bought online from our store.

EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

    In the extremely unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing fault please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. Damaged or faulty items must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying accessories.

    RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

    All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post. We are not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
