We will refund or replace products that do not meet your expectations. This policy does not apply to goods that are damaged, altered or broken after delivery or for change of mind or circumstances. This policy only applies to products bought online. Products will be accepted for return at our discretion.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the extremely unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. Damaged or faulty items must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying accessories.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS
All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. We are not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
If no one is home to accept delivery of your goods our courier will leave a calling card so you can organise re-delivery or it will tell you that you can collect your goods from a nearby partner newsagency. If the courier is unable to deliver the goods after multiple attempts it may be returned to us. If this happen a re-delivery postage charge of $14.95 will apply to organise re-delivery.
