Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve any issues for you asap.
Products will be accepted for refund or replacement at our discretion. This policy does not apply to goods that are damaged, altered or broken after delivery or for change of mind or circumstances. This policy only applies to products bought online.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the extremely unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. Damaged or faulty items must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying accessories.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS
All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. We are not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
DELIVERY and RE-DELIVERY
If no one is home to accept delivery of your order our courier may leave a calling card so you can collect it from a nearby post office.
If you enter the incorrect address when placing an order please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com so we can update the details.
After an order has been shipped from our warehouse we are unable to update the address details or arrange for it to be shipped to a different address. You will need to contact Australia Post. If the order is returned to us we can arrange re-delivery but a re-delivery postage charge of $14.95 will apply.
