Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your Second Earth products. If something’s not quite right, please email us at 2e@secondearth.com.au within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You notify us via email within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • All original packaging is intact
  • Yoga mats must have the paper wrapper unopened (hygiene requirement)
  • All accessories are included

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your item, we will either:

  • Issue a refund, or
  • Send out your exchange

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and will include the purchase price less the original shipping and handling costs.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it wasn’t collected, we can provide a refund. Please note, the original shipping and handling costs will be deducted.

Exchange Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind exchanges:

  • You are responsible for return shipping to us
  • You are also responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories.

Return Shipping

  • All return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using tracked or registered post
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Important Notes

  • Returns are assessed at our discretion
  • This policy applies only to items purchased directly from our website
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
