DELIVERY and RE-DELIVERY

When will my order ship?

We'll ship your order on the same day or day after you place the order (business days only). Typically if you place an order before 10am we can ship it on the same day.

If no one is home to accept delivery of your order our courier may leave a calling card so you can collect it from a nearby post office.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. As soon as your order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process of being shipped. This means there is only a small window of time where we can “catch” the order before it is physically picked, packed, shipped. 

If you enter an incorrect address or want to cancel an order, please email us at 2e@secondearth.com.au as soon as possible with your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!  

After an order has been shipped from our warehouse we are unable to update the address details or arrange for it to be shipped to a different address. You will need to contact Australia Post.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the order, we will charge a shipping fee before resending the order.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or because it wasn’t collected, we’re happy to provide a refund. Please note, the original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

We provide free standard shipping for Australian and New Zealand customers for all orders of $150 or more! You're welcome :)

We also offer discounted express shipping and rates are based on your location which will be displayed at checkout.

For Australian customers delivery will take approximately 1 - 5 days from the day the order is dispatched. If you live in some remote or regional areas it may take a couple of days longer.

For New Zealand orders the typical delivery time is 5 days :)

REST OF WORLD SHIPPING

We offer express worldwide shipping and rates are displayed at checkout based on the destination country. We only offer international shipping for one or two mat orders. Shipping times vary but will typically take 5 - 7 days.

If you would like to place an order for multiple mats to an address outside of Australia please get in touch at 2e@secondearth.com.au and we can arrange it for you. 

PRE-ORDERS

When an item is marked as 'pre-order' we also include a note to indicate the expected timing of shipping. We will keep you updated via email of any changes to timing if required.

If your order has multiple items including 'pre-order' and 'in stock' items we will ship the entire order when the pre-order items are available for shipping.
